The entire system has been designed and written by people with 40 years of LGV training experience. The system is extremely flexible and can easily be configured to the way you already work.

Candidates are your customers. Each candidate can login securely to the @pollo2 system and see only the information relevant to them. They can see their bookings, including any payments made as well as seeing details about their LGV medical, theory tests and their practical training and tests. They can make payments to you directly from within the portal and can see and book retests without the need to contact your office by phone. Of course they can see & do all this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your trainers can login to @pollo2 and see full details of the upcoming work you have scheduled for them. No more sending emails and making phone calls every time something changes or gets added to their work schedule. They can upload test results instantly from the test centre so that your staff can be better prepared to follow up passes & fails. They can also produce invoices directly to your business from within the system. Very useful if they are self employed or you operate a trainer invoice system.

Candidates can be either classed as Private or Corporate. Corporate people are linked to a company and their complete progress can easily be tracked by that company through their own secure login. Company users can download their invoices and make payments from within @pollo2. Corporate candidates are not able to see any financial information associated with their bookings.
ADMIN USERS
Admin users are at the very heart of the @pollo system. They can create and change virtually every element throughout. Some key tasks Admin users can do are:-

CANDIDATE USERS
These are your customers. They will login securely to the @pollo2 system and be able to see everything they need in one place. This eliminates the need for customers to phone your staff when they are already busy.
As new things are added to their record like medical, theory tests, new bookings etc the system will instantly, automatically send an email to the candidate. You will receive a copy of every email sent for possible future reference.

TRAINER USERS
These are your instructors. They will login securely to the @pollo2 system and be able to see in either a monthly, weekly or daily calendar format their own past and future training sessions that the Admin users have created for them. You choose how far ahead (or back) you want the trainers to see.
By simply clicking on any training session they can see the full details of that session including candidate details, start / finish times and meeting location.
Another feature is the ability for trainers to create invoices to your business (if you use that method). This is done by using the data already held in the system and takes no more then a couple of minutes for them to create accurate, detailed invoices which are then emailed automatically to you. COMPANY USERS
Many training companies have corporate customers as well as private individuals. A company is created as a Company user and they can login to the system and see the full details of every employee they send to you.
Every time something new is added to to candidate's record their company automatically receives an email letting them know.
For corporate customers only the company and not the actual candidate can see any financial information, invoices, payments etc.
